Bill H. Lampi has been a practicing bankruptcy attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area for 40 years. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, he earned his law degree at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1966. Mr. Lampi served as a Bankruptcy Trustee in the Northern District of California from 1973 to 1980, this experience has given him a broad understanding of the Bankruptcy process. During the past 25 years, his practice has specialized in representing only debtors in bankruptcy matters.

Bill has said this about being a debtor’s bankruptcy attorney, “I like what I do and think bankruptcy law is one of the best laws on the books, because it allows the “little person” to pay a relatively modest attorney fee to take an action that will occur quickly, be effective, and result in tremendous pressure lifted from the individual. Most other legal problems take a lot of time, cost more and the outcome is uncertain.”

Sarah Lampi Little received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from California State University Hayward. Sarah has worked as a tax consultant for Ernst and Young and as a bankruptcy consultant for Bankruptcy Management Corporation, which specializes in large scale Chapter 11 administration. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Sarah worked in the consumer bankruptcy field for 7 years as an administrator.

Sarah enjoys what she does because it gives her an opportunity to meet with people who, for most of their lives, will never hire an attorney because legal costs are prohibitive. She gets fast results for her clients which relieves stress and puts them in a better position than they were in both financially and emotionally before she met them.  It feels great to offer struggling people a real solution.
